Tuition 2017-2018 School Year

Tuition runs from September 2017 through May 2018. All payments are due at the end of the month. Registration fees are due once per year during the enrollment period. Tuition is due upon receipt of monthly statement, which will be emailed to the address given at registration. If you do not receive a statement or if you have any questions please contact Cindy Lundberg at 406-781-9754 or Lundberg10@hotmail.com.

Community service hours can be performed in lieu of payment. All service hours must be documented, signed and dated then recorded in the Foundation’s records. Community service hours requirements are listed below with each plan. All service hours must be handled through Cindy Lundberg, who can be reached at 406-781-9754 or lundberg10@hotmail.com. Community service tracking forms are available upon request.

Please note: Students will not be allowed to register for fall classes until all past-due balances are paid.

School policy does not allow make-up classes or reimbursement for missed classes/lessons.

Payment Plans

The STARS Foundation is a non-profit organization. As such, the Foundation is funded by grants and the donations of those in our communities who are moved to support and give to this wonderful program. In order for STARS to continue providing these services, students who do not comply with payment policies will be excused from the program.

Requirements:
  1. Student does not have more than three (3) unexcused absences.
  2. Student has either completed service hours or has paid tuition and rental fees.
  3. Student complies with the building rules, which are listed on the wall.
  4. Student is practicing and using tutoring hours if necessary.
  5. Student attends and participates in two (2) concerts each year – fall and spring.
  6. Failure to attend performances will result in the student being charged for the costume or music fees incurred.

The Board of Directors will review each student every quarter. If a student does not comply with these requirements, he or she will be given a warning. After a second warning, the student will be excused from the school.
